Guys, I've always thought that there's a certain time of the day that a workout, whether cardio, aerobics or weightlifting, is more effective. I've read in some sources that to burn fat, you have to do some cardio as sson as you wake up because it burns stored fat itself, whereas when you work out at night, you only burn the food that you consumed for the day and not really the stored fat, but I'm not sure about this so I'm here for another opinion.
So my question is, when is it actually good to workout that is good enough to give you results, morning, afternoon or before bedtime?
