well the more cardio you do the less muscle you will gain. generaly people do cardio on off days. so it's a ballance if you want to not gain fat and your ok with gaining muscle slowly then doing cardio 4 times a week, 30-60 min mixing slow and HIIT cardio types. if you do cardio on the same day you workout do cardio afterward, and the more time between is better. so workout in the morning and cardio in the evening.
