Too much activity in my weeks workout?

Hi Guys,

I've just started a routine of Bodypump Monday, running, cycling and abs on Tuesday and circuits on Thursday with a lot of knee and abs work.

Now, as I say i've just started this and I was fine and great on Monday and Tuesday but today at circuits I struggled. Especially with my knees and was fairly tired.

Is this just a case of my body getting use to it and then will be fine? Or is that too much?
