Ok, I'm sure there is already a thread about this, but I can't seem to find one.
My major problem area is my thighs... to me they are HUGE!
What can I do to get thinner thighs? What kind of exercise is most effective to lose thigh fat? I have read contridicting things in various articles and I would really like to know what has worked for some of you.

This is very exciting! I still have about another 20 lbs to go, and just hope that the rest of the weight will drop right off my "problem area" as that is where the excess remains.
