So I'm looking to really get my body fat percentage down so I'm thinking about started to exercise twice a day. Pretty much I will get up every morning and do cardio for about 45-60minutes either stairmaster, treadmill, or elliptical at a pretty high intensity. Then three days a week, I lift at a pretty intense level as well. And finally twice a week I do Kung fu which is a pretty good workout. I'm wondering if people thing its a good idea to train twice a day, or am I just wasting my time when once a day is plenty?
Oh I'm also really watching my diet as well. My stats are I'm a male 200 cm, 97.5kg.
