Summer time

Morning all,
With summer around the corner for us aussies,I need help planning a routine to re-create my once fit body.
I'm 39yrs 6'4" and 109kgs,I used to do alot of running and boxing but the only real exercise now seems to be lifting food and drink to my mouth.
At the moment I lack motivation because I don't a have plan that includes correct diet or workout routine.
Please someone help tranform my body back to it's former glory.
