Hi..
Can anyone give me a little advice and tips on losing weight or tell me where I might be going wrong. I decided 4 weeks ago that I was going to get my act together and lose some weight I'm a stone or 2 overweight and it won't seem to budge. I've been exercising 3-4 days a week, mainly cardio, I've cut out junk food and fizzy drinks expect on a Saturday when I cheat a little.. I calorie count and I'm taking CLA and thermopure supplements from my protein and I drink a diet whey protein shake after every workout but yet I haven't lose a pound.. Am I doing something wrong or am I just being impatient ..
