So, where to from here?

Hey everyone, I'm new here! Mine's a reasonably long story, but I'll try to keep it short! I'm Tom, 27, from Cork, Ireland, and I was obese for a lot of my life. My worst point was in 2006, when I got up as high as 136kg\301lbs\21.5st. I got down to 111kg\245lbs\17.5st in 2008ish, reached a plateau, and I've been 76kg\168lbs\12st for the last few months.

I've lost the weight, sure enough, but I'm not happy with the way my body looks. Where do I go from here? By the way, I'm 183cm\6ft tall, just in case that helps you guys!

The first two pics (IMG_1111 and IMG_1195) are both of me as I was in May 2012. The other four were taken earlier on today. I'd appreciate any advice you guys have for me! Thanks in advance! :D

Good for you for losing all the weight!! If I were you i would start doing some resistance training. If you do not have any weight's then start with body weight exercises. Pushups, pull ups and squats. You can do them every morning or evening depending on your schedule.
 
Agree with above post. You must be chuffed with the results you've gotten! If I was you I'd just aim to bulk up a bit with resistance training!
 
Thanks for the replies, everyone! I took your advice and started doing pushups, crunches and that sort of thing. I've even been doing the odd bit of bench-pressing at the gym (30kg, I think - nothing crazy). It may be my imagination, but I think my loose skin has tightened up a bit!

I've included three photos, just so you can judge for yourselves! As ever, any and every bit of advice is so much appreciated. :)

These are awesome! I think the skin tightening just happens over time. Thats why its always looser if you lose weight rapidly. Check out my before and after on Fotogress
