saddle bags

I need to know how to lose those "saddle bags" on the upper side of the thighs. Please tell me the most effective way to do this with exercise. I am doing squats now...but that isnt working yet.
 
Spend some time reading around the forum.. especially the stickied threads...

there is really no way to spot reduce a specific body area.. fat comes off where it's going to come off.

What are your current stats?
