Request for a daily routine workout plan

I'm a 14 year old boy, weighing around 60 kgs and my height is 168 cm. I'm very fat, I have fat in chest, stomach(belly), legs, arms, thighs and thats almost the whole of my body.
I'm very fair(skin color), and everyone says that because I look so damm good but my body shape is the worst of all especially my chest and so I look very ugly.
I want anyone who has a knowledge about exercise, recommend me a daily routine workout plan.
