Hi All,
I have a question that has perplexed me for a while now and was hoping someone could help me out. So to give a quick background I am 6 foot and around 161 pounds. I've been working out for several months now and I'm of a somewhat skinnier build and have a faster than average metabolism. I'm trying to reduce body fat in my body because I have some fat in my stomach and arms I would like to get rid of. My question is: how do I reduce my body fat while not losing weight? I feel like if I lose any more weight I'll start to look emaciated. I know for most people in order to lose weight they do more cardio and burn more calories than they take in. I get that... however I feel like if I just do a bunch of cardio I'm just going to look really thin, which is not really the look i'm going for.
Not sure if this was confusing but would really appreciate any insight.
