I just got off a bulking phase and am now in my 2nd week of cutting and am DYING of hunger. I ate about 3000+ calories while bulking with a BMR of about 2500, and now for cutting I'm trying to keep my intake under 2000. The Get Shredded Diet on T-Nation recommendeds going x10 bodyweight, which for me equals about 1600, but that's toooooo low.
I need some recommendations on low calorie snacks that I can munch on. Meal suggestions are welcome as well but I'm more concerned about snacks. The craving is killing me. So far I've been eating those 100 calorie packs, rice crackers, and fruit. Oh, I thought bulking was hard (eating so much was getting tiring) but feeling hungry is 10x worse.
