There's three months before summer break and at least another 2 months before the end of the quarantine. So it's best to make the best of it, and use it to our advantage. So I'm starting for y'all the same concept as the 100 day challenge, lose the most weight you can in the two months. Ends the 9th of June.
Here's the rules:
-record your weight at least every week here
-no binges
