Hey all, I've been reading up, and often "protein shakes" comes up. I'm no idiot, i know it's a supplemental drink loaded with protein lol, but how do you make one, what ingredients????
I'm a big fan of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, which you can buy at www.bodybuilding.com and it's fairly inexpensive.
I like to mix the chocolate w/ 1T natty PB, 1/2 banana, and 1T ground flax.
