Hey Munch,
I'm sorry you are feeling down...and I just want to assure you that you're doing the right things...and sometimes, I don't know why, the weight just doesn't come off...sucks...but true! I'm not the right person to help on calorie counting...so I suggest you get out there and turn your patrols into a brisk walk and up your exercise a little...maybe not the intensity, but the time. if you are doing 30 minutes,then up it to 45...I once read that no matter what exercise you do, if you don't do it for at least 45 minutes, then you never burn fat...I have no facts to back that up, other than my own experience. I exercised almost every day for 30 minutes when I first came to China and I still gained weight...when I started the current program I'm on and exercising for 1 hour...it started coming off.
