No Burn

Ok this is my second week of weight training and ab training well i been doing real good exept when i train i can feal the burn i mean not to the point were its to much but to the point were i know i cant do any more well anyways the next day i hear how about how people are sore and they can feal it but me i dont feal it the next day, is something wrong? is that normal?
 
Its normal, don't worry.

Your body adapts.
 
being painfully sore means you did too much, you exceeded what was necessary to make gains...and it could lead to losses instead.

mild stiffness is the most you wanna feel.
but really, making progress should be the ultimate goal...and in all honesty, if you feel like you worked hard in the gym, you busted a sweat and went for intensity, then you probably DID work hard enough.
 
cool so i guess im doing good since i was the only one who wasent dying the next day dont get me wrong i worked my butt off lifting and working on my abs and im watching what i eat wich is huge cuz i never do (big fan of cheese burgers) well anyways thanks you guys helped me out alot thanks
 
Somehow I sprained my stomach anyway...doing light workout eachday. And I had been doing them for over 2 years.....

Ya never know...
