New member needing tips, advice, and suggestions for home workout

Hey everyone.

I found this site and it was exactly what i was looking for.

I need advice for a home workout routine that will get me all around toned and built everywhere.

I am 16 years old, 154lbs, 6'00" but do not have very much muscle.

If anyone could submit a full routine that i could do at my house that will help build and tone my arms, chest, abs, legs, thighs, and butt that would great. please include any equipment or anyother things that i would need to buy.

also a list of stretches and/or running/jogging suggestions would be fantastic.

Well, there is more to it than asking someone to post an entire wkout plan for you.

What equipment do you have access to? What amount of time do reasonably you have available? Do you have any experience with wt lifting? Any previous injuries or joint limitations? The list goes on and on....

Your best bet to start off with would be to read all the stickies at the tops of the forums, and to use the search function (search for things regarding bulking).

That will give you a good idea of where to start. Also, there is a home wkout section as well.
