Well Friends I have come a long way since I started dieting after the first of the year and here is a breakdown of my measurements since I started.
Weight: 260 Pounds when I started 226 now
Abdominal Measurement: 46 inches when I started 42 inches now
Body Fat Score: 29.5% when I started 25.26% now
My Goals
Weight: 195
Abdomnial Inches: 34
Body Fat: 10%
I think my goals are goals I feel I can reach. My target date to have this completed is 6-4-06. Its an odd date, but its my birthday and I want to have completed my transition by then. I am satisfied with the results I have made, but I have much more work to do. If anyone ever needs encouragement let me know. I have been encouraged by my own weight loss and would be willing to help anyone work towards their goals. The biggest change for me has been my diet and my reduction in calories and carbs.
