I definitely suggest taking some time and read the stickied threads. They are filled with useful and important information.
In my (nonprofessional) opinion, no that does not sound reasonable.
I've averaged about 10lbs a month and even that is the max for me. If you're losing weight the healthy way (exercise and good nutrition), you're supposed to average 1-2lbs of weight loss per week.
