Need Help !

Hey I'm kinda new to the forum. I just lost 20 lbs in the past 2 months by hitting back the gym. Its a great result( I am really satisfied about it), but I would like to get ripped.
How do I? Are the old school crunch's good ? Or is there an other way ?
 
Start by reading the stickied threads in the exercise forum... and then ask questions if you've got them based on what you've read
 
Yea, I definitely suggest reading through the stickies. It sounds like you could learn a lot from them. Getting ripped takes a lot more than crunches. How old are you and what are your stats?
