Need advice

Hello everybody!
Lately, everything seems to me gray, the same, boring (in terms of sports).
A friend of mine advised me to do Pilates, but I'm not sure about this direction.
Pitlates always seemed too simple to me.
What are your thoughts on Pilates? And what would you advise?

I've tried a lot of things. Rest assured, pilates is great.

I started do pilates in march with my best friend, cos of quarantine and I really liked it. I think a lot depends on coach, cos she share with you some of her energy.

That's why my friend tried several studios and coaches in London to find the one she liked the most and now we are going to this studio. Our coach helps us not to give up and go towards our goal and gives cool advice!
