ok here is my goal I am going back to college in september by that time I want to have a 6 pack. That gives me 8-9 months to get to where I want to be as for why I want a 6 pack well I am a college student so you figure that out lol.

so what I need to know from somebody with more experience is this how do I do it?

what do I eat? what do I drink? how much should I eat and drink? how often should I work the abs? etc

here is the equipment I own

I got an ab-roller a tredmill and some weights.

I know this can be done it has to be done. I just need to know how to do it so I don't do it wrong.
