or hill running...

and mountain climbers!

i think this is a fantastic workout! i used to do it everyday for 45mins-1hour and it used to keep my heart rate up and me sweating buckets...lol! i took a break for a while on it but hoping to get back into it.

for now my fav workout is the combat class, i can never seem to get tired of kicking and punching to the music!
 
I add incline walking to my workout about 2x a week. The best thing about walking on a really steep incline is that it works your glutes. :)
 
I agree ladies! I noticed on my heart rate monitor my max heart rate was higher while i was walking on incline for 30 min then it would have been on a 30 min jog! Woooo
