My excercise routine (fun!)

Ok everyone, I have my own "workout" that I do daily that helped me loose lots and lots of weight. It may sound a little silly, but here it is. I put on my MP3 player, go into a room with lots of mirrors, and dance. No routine, no steps, no choreography. I put on songs that I like (up-beat of course), and dance. Before I got pregnant with my daughter, I used to love to go to the club to dance, not drink. LOL So all I do is dance like I'm out at the club. Ever notice how hot and sweaty you get on the dance floor with your friends? Same thing, only better, you have no eyes on you but your own (in the mirror). Not only is this a great workout, but it improves your dance for when you want to go out and "get your groove on" It doesn't involve any machines, no big round balls to balance on, and no repetitive boring excercise. You do as you please. I like to do this when my daughter is taking a nap, it doesn't disturb her since the MP3 player is in my ears. Try this! I swear by it.
 
Wow, I've excersized w/ an mp3 before, but never in a room full of mirrors,lol. I don't think my eyes could handle that! Glad it worked for you though :)
