Month off gym

Hey i came back from college for about of month and i haven't got a chance to join a gym but i been doing push ups, pulls up and sit up every other day and running a little. also i been really watching my diet, i was wondering if any of this helps tone/ keep my strength for when i go back?

Also if you guys can recommend any other excerises that would be great.
 
You will probably lose a bit of that muscle mass that you have put on, but don't let that set you back. Just get back on track and work up to what you had and just continue from there.
 
You will gain back any muscle you lost pretty quick. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. Doing the exercises you did will help you retain some of the strength gains you had seen before as well
