yeah when i walk out of the gym im like, did i just really do all of that?
im in that go big or go home stage. i have to get in shape for the summer, my work is gonna be shit if i dont.
basically i work all the time at texas a&m university, dorms, offices, whatever. its usually carrying crap up flights of stairs all day, and then gluing and or whatever else we have to do. i need my back and traps superstrong as well as be pretty fit in the cardiovascular area. i pretty much drug chris up four floors today. he was dying. it made me happy. he is always talking crap about how strong he is and blah blah. just cuz you're 6'7" doesn't mean shit to me, just call me DYNOMITE, fo shizzle.

oh well, online is great too! 
just wondering what you're eating these days? i know in the early part of the thread, you were consuming a lot of shakes... and then got better with the protein options... but were still incorporating myoplex and cliff bars.
