For anyone who may be interested in doing a group 24-Day challenge in May please let me know. This is a wellness challenge I do with my PT clients as well as non-clients. We'll provide you with all the tools, coaching, and support you'll need. If you're looking to get a jumpstart on your weight loss goals, or maybe stuck in a plateau, or just want to learn how to eat clean, then give this a try. We've had great results in the past.
