Once you have reached the desired size threw weight training for optimum size gains and change to strength training for strength at like the 4-6 rep range would you lose the muscle from the mass training you did? or would you have a higher possibility for better strength because of the mass you have developed in your body and keep the muscle as long as you where do some kind of training other then like just high cardio? Is it also posible to stay cut but while strength training and still gaining strength?
