here is the dilema... lost alot of weight. went from a 56chest to 47.48incher. this year i have gone from a tight 40inch waist to a comfortable 38waist. (bigger pic lost a load over weight over 2years)
NOW! i am HOOK on this woman i work with, and its XMAS party soon (not here from relationship advise or anything like that) i swimming pretty much 6days a week from 45mins to an hour (doing anywhere from 35 to 70lengths dependant upon my energy levels). I have recently moved from doing 2/3 front crawl to 12(did it today) one after the other. i also do alot of work with the float between my legs so i ony work the top half.
now, i believe this has been working for me. because, in the8 months i have been doing this i have developed great shoulder and arms... but here comes my issue
HOW DO I LOOSE THE MOOBS.... my moobs go under my arm and in to my arm pit... there is alot of fat there... I know i am still overwieght etc, because i still have a belly... but its nothign like it used to be. but i am thinking what can i do in the next month to help me. because i want wear these sweet clothes i have brought. the bounce is deffinatly getting less... but i want to be the best i can for this party.
i am considering TIT TAPING them as a last resort... and getting a wrap the week of the party.. you know to help me...i know its terrible, but a mans got to do whats got to be done.
any other idea.
