I’m just back hitting the gym after 6 month total break (extended holiday) Was in quite good shape before the break so want to get back there ASAP
Currently I’m 6 foot and 80kg. B/F is about 14 – 15%. Was probably about 5kg heaver before beak from gym and lower B/F
I’m back in gym 1 month now and currently doing 4 day Push / Pull split. I was thinking about changing to 3 day FBW (Which I did before and worked well)
The question I have is that I’d like to lower B/F and put on muscle (I know – not easy!!) Is it worthwhile to do FBW Mon / Wed / Fri and cardio on Tues / Thurs? Was thinking it may work for a couple of months if I cycled calorie and carb intake on cardio and weight days.
Any opinions on this would be great. I’m sure the general feedback will be a bulk / cut cycle but just looking at options
