Losing Weight : )

I am unsure in how I've lost my weight but I hope it continues.
I've changed my diet:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and 1 piece of toast
Lunch... not really.
Snacking on veggies, fruits or power bar of some sort till dinner
Dinner: Lean Cuisine or something of that sort

Exercise:
20 mins of Jogging
20 min Medicine Ball Routine
 
Probably b/c your calories are really low.

Too low in fact, more than likely.
 
I can't say it's too low or not without knowing your stats. That said, I don't see how what you listed could add up to 1700 calories unless you're drinking a ton of calories.

How are you tracking your intake?
