I'd love to increase mass all around and currently feel like I'm lacking in the chest/pecs area most.
I haven't noticed any significant changes or gains in a solid 6 months atleast and with nicer weather approaching I feel really motivated to make some progress.
I've always done full body workouts 3x a week taking a day off in between. Worked for a while but after a lot of reading think I may be doing more harm at this point by not letting my body recover fully in between.
I'm looking to start a split routine for the first time. After reading a lot of different workouts, the one that I really liked was dorian yates blood and guts 4day split.
Opinions? thoughts and suggestions welcome.
