hehehe... I did forget to get more oj... but I'll just go without this morning

special k w/ skim (175 - finished off the box)
lunch: (wow - way too many calories... we had our community lunch at school - and there wasn't even salad to fill up on! so I just went for it...)
fried chicken breast (200)

snack:
fun size snickers - damn that office candy!!! (100)
