hehehe... I did forget to get more oj... but I'll just go without this morning

special k w/ skim (175 - finished off the box)

lunch: (wow - way too many calories... we had our community lunch at school - and there wasn't even salad to fill up on! so I just went for it...)

Katie all I can say is you are AWESOME!! It's nice to see that you're able to still enjoy pizza and an occasional drink and have as much success as you have. You give me so much motivation :)
 
grr... i'm feeling very upset about all of the fatty food I ate at lunch today - and then to have a snickers on top of that! =( I need a big huge salad tonight for dinner... that might make me feel better...
 
Snickers???.....They didnt have a least 3 muskateer bar or york peppermint patty??
Damn those sound good...lol.....
 
Oh Allyson got something on halloween called Take 5... it was sooo good! mmm candy... 'SLAP' whoa! ok all better.....

Oh no! I've never had a take five bar...but I'm not a fan of peanuts, so maybe I wouldn't like them. Although my adversion to peanuts doesn't stop me from eating snickers...Anyway, I want to be like Katie too! You're the best!
 
Cant say I have had a take five bar..probobly shouldnt go get one and try it though if they are that good. Anyway hey Katie just wanted to pop in and see how you were doing. Looking good as usual. Keep it up Hon and I hope you have a good weekend!!

wow - so yeah, didn't do so wonderful this weekend - mostly due to alcohol... but this was my last party weekend for a good while... and it was good cause to celebrate!!! =) I'm not going to beat myself up too bad about it, and I didn't eat as much today to make up for all of that gorging I did this weekend ;)
