My goal is to become lean, more healthy, not buff. I have found that running is something I really enjoy.

My dang Nike Triax stopped working! It will no longer sync, that ticks me off!

On the good news side, down to 284-285 today! Woot! I can't wait to break into the 270's!!!!

That is a new record for me, I have not seen that number in ages. Here we go 270's!

P.S. My Nike Triax is working again, it was something to do with my PC. So I have to run it on my laptop for now.
 
Well, after a ****ty last week (my birthday week) I am back in the saddle again. I was down to 282 this am with am. Last week I actually seen 279.5 on the scale, that was HOT, I want to see it again!

I have purchased an Everlast punching bag for my basement, which really seems to give an amazing cardio workout. I have added that as the first half of my cardio routine, the ass end of the routine is still treadmill running/intervals.

I have found that N.O. Xplode really does work wonders if taked at the right time. I can really get a pretty good workout when hopped up on that stuff :)

Beyond that, nothing new to report. Still sticking to a mostly high protien, low carb diet and doing cardio as often as possible. I have found that keeping my workouts to 30 minutes I can really do them more often vs. them taking up an entire evening. Even though it's only 30 minutes, I still end up drenched in sweat at the end of my 30 minutes.

One thing that's helped me is spreading my calories over 6 meals a day - that way I'm eating every 2-3 hours like clockwork.
