im going to be checking out a gym next week, they have a special going on.
heres my question im 271 lbs and i know from before when i lost weight that i had some skin sagging around my my stomach(the only thing i did were crunches and pushups) and i didnt like it at all. is there a workout i can do this time to help minimise this from happening again. i cant afford surgery so im hoping theres a way to help with this
