Is this normall????

I just started to work out a week ago and when I got back from the gym my arms were burning but now a week after My body dosen't burn does this mean my mucels are use to working out or does it mean I'm not trying hard or doing enough weight.

I'm looking to get bigger arms
 
bigger arms....train the chest, shoulders and back with compound exercises.

feeling 'sore' the next day isn't an indication of a 'good' training session. at the most, you should feel achy or stiff...not painful, not sore to the touch, or hard to move.

you should know by the time you leave the gym if your workout was good or not.
