Sport Is there any tool that gives nutritional info based on ingredients you input into it?

I'm looking at making certain dishes as a base for my food that are quite cheap, such as making onions, rice, and lentils together, eating this for every meal, then making this nutritionally complete by adding other foods as needed, mainly fruits and vegetables and eggs and the like on the side. However, I'd like to know exactly what needs to be added to this. If I could calculate the nutrition in the base meal easily with some sort of tool, and add it to the nutrition of the side dish(s) I'm considering to see if it is complete it would be massively helpful.
