Not really sure where this belong so don’t shot the newbie. Ive been trying to improve my fitness for months now and im getting no where. I train in a martial art 3/4times a week and try to run everyday. However im finding it extremely difficult and running more then around 300m leaves me out of breath, even going up the stairs can leave me slightly out of breath/ my chest feeling tight. Im not over weight any training tips do you guys think a could help.
