Hi. im 21 i dont know my weight exactly but is less 200 pounds
I started since monday to friday on the treadmill and liftting weighs.
my breakfast is two slices of wheat grain bread that has cal. 70, fat. 10, protein 3%, fiber 2%, with a glass of water. then i ride the treadmill for 30 minutes walking without resting, my speed is 3.5 miles it always shows that i lost cal 220 and fat.56 after i finished, i rest and i went to the liftting weighs its weight is 50 pounds, i did 30 then 15 then 8, then i went back to the treadmill for 10 minutes more. And i do exactly 45 minutes of exercises. In the afternoon i eat a bit of cooked white rice then go to work 5

m in a restaurant but i don't eat nothing from there. when i get back from work i lift small weights its weight is 40 pounds then finally eat a apple and go to sleep. all of that is in my house
please tell me is this okay what i'm doing? because i want to lose weight the faster way possible.
