Hey everyone. I am so sick of being picked on. I'm 23 yrs old and at my job its like high school, im very quiet and weak and I want to gain more confidence so people will stop being mean to me. I belong to a gym and im 5'3and 60kgs so not really over weight.
Does anyone have any sugestions on what might be helpful to me. I mean i dont wanna go around looking for fights but if one comes my way I wanna be able to stand up for myself.
I was thinking of training in prehaps muai thai (kick boxing) or perhaps tae kwo do. I dunno pretty confused. xoxo
