I need help getting in shape!

Okay well it feels like forever but it's only been a few days that I've been starting to eat healthier and less food than I always use to. I want to lose 2 inches, 1 off my waist and 1 off my hips. I'm 5'9, female, 17 years old and I weigh 120 pounds. From now on, I exercise for about 30 mins on the treadmill on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays, I'm preparing to run a little more each time, and I occasionally do my own little self-exercises on the days I can't run (aka the mens day in the gym lol). I know some of you might think I'm going all crazy because for 5'9, 120 pounds is pretty much 5 pounds UNDERWEIGHT but I'm not even worried about my weight, I just want to get those 2 inches off for modeling and tighten up my calves, thighs, butt, and tummy a little, because I have a lot of muscle on my legs and I feel I should live up to them or lose some fat off of them. My measurements are 32-25.5-35 (I don't plan on losing weight off of my chest because I barely have one anyways, so whatever). Anyways, I want to lose these inches and tighten my muscles A.S.A.P. My eating habits now are better. I eat 1200 calories or 1300 calories worth of food on the days that I can't exercise on the treadmill (I think I should eat up to 1700 but I'm trying to lose the inches, right) and the days I CAN run, I eat around 1300 or a little more, depending on how much I run, so every day I either eat 500 calories less than what I'm suppose to, or run off to 500 calories.

Does anyone have any quick inch-loss and muscle tightening tricks for me?
I would gladly appreciate it.

You admitted that you are underweight, so why reduce your calories? You'll lose weight, which you do not need to do (again, I'm going by your post). I think the best bet is to do some strength training exercises to tone and tighten. That will help you lose inches rather than weight (in fact, if you strength train, your weight may increase slightly because you'll be building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat).

I agree. You should be lifting weights to tone up. You'll gain weight but your body will look tighter.

Thanks for the tip! I'm extremely new to the whole "being healthy" thing. I've been thin all my life but what people don't realize is that doesn't make me fit, I'm a weakling lol.

I would definitely stick to weight training only. You already have quite a small frame and you are even under-consuming daily calories. Look into a healthy diet, but keyword being healthy. You clearly don't need to loose anymore. If you want to tone up that's great, but don't get freaked out if the weight of your developing muscles increases your weight!

The thing is I'm not worried about my weight, I just want those 2 inches off and then tighten my muscles because I might start modeling soon, but the 2 inches is really more for myself, I'd just feel comfortable with those 2 off lol

I think what you're looking for is proportion. You'll get that with weight training more so than the cardio you're doing. I agree with all the above responses: start lifting! If you're not sure where to start, a great resource is the book "New Rules of Lifting for Women" by Lou Schuler and co. I picked it up for my girlfriend and she loves it! ;)
