Hungry at nite

hi everyone,

Im trying to loose weight, but the thing is..i get very hungry at nite, right before im about to go to bed- and it gets so bad that at times i cant fall asleep. I dont want to have cereal because..technically its sugar? right. And then ill end up having something really bad- and feel REALLY guilty about it because its probably gonna be stored as belly fat :(

any advice?
 
Try to spread your meals throughout the day leaving one for around the time you go to bed. You'll find lots of info on here about 6 smaller meals a day(as opposed to 3 big ones). You shouldn't be going to bed starving. But, as someone mentioned in a similar thread , there is going to be some discomfort when you're on a calorie deficit. How many calories a day do you need to maintain your weight, and how many have you cut?
