Help! I need to lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks for an event. all my banquet dresses don't fit no more
(unless i lose those 15lbs
)
does anyone have any suggests or tips on how to do this?
I am already exercising everyday now for the past week, for about 1 hour cardio each day. I am not sure if this is enough or should I be doing more?
