Hi Guys,
I realize that you can't really know how many calories you burn at the gym if you do weights also; which I am. But ideally, on cardio machines how much should I really be shooting for? Today I did 315 on the Nautalis ski machine thing, you know you step run like a cycle and you push and pull poles in sync with your arms.
BTW: Is that thing any good? I got a good sweat out of it.
