One day, my friend Jack wanted one workout plan for he is an office man has no enough time to make exercise.
So I offered him as below:
3 days a week
Sunday
Deadlift 5x5
OHP x5 Heavy 4-6 reps
Face pulls x4
Fist Push ups x3
Wednesday
Front Squat 5x5
OHP x4 Light 8-10 reps
Band pull aparts x3
Fist Push ups x3
Friday
Front Squat 5 x 5
OHP x 4 Light 8-10 reps
Band pull aparts x 3
Fist Push ups x 3
Thoughts?
When he did it some months,he said to me:
Using this routine as I have been suffering with mild but chronic Golf elbow for 6 months now
So all exercises with i feel pain have been taken out (pull-ups, rows, hammer curls, bench)
Also dropped down from 3 days a week to 2 to give my joints a break and also don't want to force an imbalance between anterior chain and posterior chain.
Hopefully I can get back to a more rounded routine soon but this tendinitis shows no signs of shifting for the last 6 months, so working out for my mental sanity more than anything as well as concentrating on my cardio.
