Ok, so it's time to get started...again on this journey. I will start working out with weights tomorrow - planning on 3 days a week. And I am going to drink more water, less diet soda (I don't drink sugared drinks, except for the creamer in my coffee). I am using Figure 8 products by Arbonne - their supplement, protein shakes and fiber shake. My goal is to lose 30 lbs - or there abouts... whatever looks and feels right when I get there. My first goal is to lose 10 lbs by March 1st.

Well I haven't figure out a specific game plan yet but I've been slowly dropping about 1/2 to a pound a week its just a matter of finding time now
