My name is Clare and I am completely new to this forum. I hope that I can contribute and gain some support myself. I am an Australian living in Moscow for a couple of years. I have left all my friends and family in Australia and am lacking support with keeping my weight on track.

I belong to a gym here in Moscow but am finding it hard to keep motivated. The classes are all in Russian (i am hanging in the cardio section) and I have been too intimidated to go into the gym section but will do it when i get back (on holidays in Orlando now). I need to get serious and also develop some muscle tone and be able to touch my toes!

Anyway I have made the decision to be the best physically i can be and do the hard yards now. I need to lose around 10kgs and am not going to muck around. I would love to make changes I can keep for life but previously have not been able to do this.

Wow - it must be hard being so far from home, friends and family! Good for you for figuring out what you need to do to reach your fitness goals!!
