Hey

Hi, my names James i am 16 and live in England. I have been going to the gym a while but have been busy with school and other things recently so haven't really planned out my sessions effectively, i have mainly been doing some CV endurance using treadmill and bike and some weight training although i haven't seen much progress on the weights yet. I'll be finishing all my exams soon and so will have a lot more free time on my hands, so i thought i would design myself a new fitness program so started searching the web and found this place. I'm about 6ft and skinny. I can feel my abs without having to push very far at all into my stomach now so i would like to lose that little bit of fat as well put on more muscle so i have been looking at full body workouts. I don't really have any chest shape which is something i would like to change also. I've been looking at the HIIT section too. I'm thinking of doing alternating HIIT and full body workouts 5 days a week after exams, although i am going to America half way through summer which will break it up.

I'm aware i need to look at my diet and then to put on muscle i will need to eat more, but i'm not looking at being a huge body builder or anything and i don't want this to take away from me trying to lose the remaining stomach fat.

I have really enjoyed doing PE at GCSE level and considering a possible career as a fitness instructor so will enjoy looking around this site and learning more.

If anyone has any advice that would be great, but i will look around the forum and continue reading the stickys as its probably covered somewhere here.
