Help!

I'm a huge p90x weight training nut. I stick to the program with it five times a week. Do cardio about 3-4 times a week. Actually more 3. Also, I do yoga once a week. I've had no problem gaining muscle. Now thats a good thing. Before I start my work out I always drink a protein and creatine mix. Afterwards, I follow up with a protein bar. My problem is my stomach!!!!

Its the same! Sure its trimmed down a small bit but no huge drop!!! I'm considering joining up on the mens health abs diet or trying out hip hop abs. I currently do ab ripper x three times a week with weights. I drink eight glasses of water each day. I take vitamins and a hydrocut hardcore supplement also. I've been trying many things but I'm still in this rut. Can anyone PLEASE help me??? Should I cut the protein?
 
Have you tried cutting calories to supplement the cardio/weight lifting? I just made a post about losing fat and gaining muscle simultaneously. From what I've read, I doubt it's possible to do both. If you are eating enough calories to be gaining muscle, you probably will not be able to lose much fat. If I were you, I would do everything you are currently doing, but decrease your caloric intake by 10-15% and see what happens after a month. On second thought, you probably will want to decrease your calories by a lot more because you are probably eating enough where you would be gaining fat if you weren't doing strength training. Read the stickies in this thread and others for more/better info.
