Hello Everybody

Everybody is good.

My name is Liping Li and I'm young people - only 24 years old. I am a non-experience's weight lifter, and I only started. I join this forum to attempt and to obtain about what kind of some good suggested that I may achieve my goal.

My goal is as follows:
- becomes the stronger
- loss body fat
- obtains a bigger muscle

I to hope your help. I'll be in Weight Training component.

Sounds like your goal is to achieve muscle hyperthrophy. I have some good info on my blog about the set and rep ranges you should be doing. But you will need to get a set program and bit strict with your diet as well.
